Mouse over the thumbs and you'll notice at least two sections are thumbs from and links to MY site and MY COMUS SCRIPT at both www.hottielatina.com and www.gfydaily.com The other is www.huskersforall.com a buddy's site with whom I trade traffic.


Any ideas? Can I sue their asses for using my bandwidth?

LOL fris you make me laugh every time. First off my hosting is going almost entirely unused.. I use about 5% of my bandwidth and 1% of my server space so that's not the issue at all.

More importantly I don't want any Arabians stealing my shit. I don't mind the clicks since they're sending hits to my trades and clicks to my galleries, but the point is still there that they're using content from sites I own.

That's a long process but acually it's up to you. If you think that they stole something from you well then go for it. But you still have to think twice or trice or maybe more if you are really sure with what your decision will be. It's a tough one! Anyway Goodluck!!!

Send a nastygram DMCA letter and see that is enough to force the site offline if that is what you want.

If anything, you will get their attention.
