New Trojan Called: DELF-IT ...X Biz reports on it. I Told You So!
 

Like I said several days ago. I've been debugging umpteen network computers because of asshole trojans coming from porn sites.

The webmasters kicking these things think they're getting away with it but to their surprise they'll be rounded up soon and then there'll be hell to pay. XBiz just did a story on it:

Lemme tell you where this is going. Trojans like this hijack signups and traffic from YOUR sites. That's a criminal and civil thing right there. Extra problem is if you HOST a site that does this and you don't respond and comply then YOUR ASS is gonna be up for grabs. Every surfer that gets this trojan from YOUR site can then file criminal and civil charges against your dumb ass for using this shit.

Don't think masking your identity and using foreign servers is gonna help cause that Homeland Security shit is tied in with all the major ISPs and software companies like Microsoft and they've been watching all along.

I knew something was wrong with that XP service pack2.

one of the top 50 keywords it hijacks is "ladyboy" and "lolita" , not the biggest keywords they could be using..

Shit like this is only going to get worse unless we come up with a smooth way to combat it.

Just imagine how lucrative this must be to all hackers (esp. where $1 pays the rent):
write up some appropiate code, sign up with sponsors to receive the signups,
let it infect all computer-illiterate customers we have... and then sit back
and watch the dough roll in with practically no work.

Meanwhile, we webmasters scratch our heads and wonder why there are unexplainable
bursts of ratios-down-the-toilet from time to time.
