Oh no wait.. try this... warm water with salt... it cleans out color bottles real good.. it should be safer on tile

Bleach?

Go to a pool supply or home depot and get some phosphoric acid.
dilute it 30/70 water/acid and hold your breath when using inside
up close.

got black all over my sink, lol
