First of all you better set up a corperation offshore and then you have to find a supplier and buy in bulk for the best deal it will put you a lot out of pocket but the potential is huge...

Ill try and dig up the link but I don't think this one was without a prescription but it was easy to get one. This company basiclly did everything for you even had inhouse phone people, and provided you with the backend for the website. So all you had to do was create the design and push in the traffic.
