The joke is, she origially made a federal case out of some alluminum tubes Hussien bought, saying they were definetly for making nuclear weapons and could serve no other purpose. US experts said that they couldn't possibly be used for nuclear weapons, and that they were most certainly for normal rockets. Now she says she doesn't know what they could be used for and that no one told her they couldn't be used for nukes. If you guys would actually pay attention and hold information in your brains for longer than a couple months, these things would make more sense to you.
