As far as I know, there is only one dialer that is still illegal and that is http://www.harddial.com

We are 100% legit.
The only way we can pay the highest rates is if our webmasters play fair. So to answer your question. If you do something that is unethical, YES we will not pay you.

On a better note. All the people with us at the moment are seeing a huge increase in money with our dialer. It's HTML so the surfer feels comfortable with it. They seem to use it again and again.
