Signed agreements for being an affiliate

Just signed up for the SexyAds affiliate program and got this:

That's so 98, as if a checkbox like everybody else has wouldn't be enough...

A court is much more likely to take seriously a signed agreement than a guy saying... oh well they had to click this little checkbox on our website agreeing to everything.

A digital agreement has as much value as a real one, claiming you didn't agree to their terms but promoting them is just plain stupid.

If this really would be a problem everybody would do this but in fact it isn't.
