Postage/Shipping Charges...Are You Getting Ripped Off?

For all you guys who ship merchandise, what's the bite the postal, shipping charges national and global hitting you with? How much if any does it cut into your profit margin?

Use USPS there cheap (stamps.com)

Domestic avg $5 with tracking (3-5 days), and international avg $10 (7-10 days).
