Can anyone here make a really nice picture....
to represent what is going on...I want to make transfers for white tee shirts and I need a great picture to use...size has to be about 800x600 or around there.

Good idea just becareful of using photos you find on the net like the one above. Most of them are copyrighted. Its a great photo though.

I want to understand this for real......... so if someone took my pics from my site.. my own personal pics and altered them say 20-30% then they become theirs. Is this for real? If so doesn't that leave me, if I choose to, to take pics from Lensman's site and alter them that much and then I can have them? LMAO

800x600.. there are 2 hot designs on here 1 guy made a killer background and one guy made a killer V-banner.. if you mixed both of them you would be in the house. |
Temptress said right up front that she wanted a nice pic for a T-shirt for family and friends... NOT TO SELL. I don't think it makes any damn difference who's pics they are if they're used for that purpose. I will go and pull a Jenna pic right now and make T-shirts for my family, and no one is going to throw me in copyright court for doing it.

Okay... fine. All I'm saying is that if you make a stupid shirt out of a picture you find to be cool, I hardly think anyone is going to go balistic over a copyright issue. I'ts one or two tt-shirts that most likely, no one in those positions are ever going to see. If you mass produce them and set up a stand in the Burger King parking lot to peddle them off, you're probly gonna get in trouble.
I'm not a copyright expert. I'm not a lawyer. I'm not a t-shirt manufacturer. But I have had lots of different t-shirts made up for myself from things I liked, and never once had to pay a fine for doing it. I've also had baseball caps printed up with various things I enjoyed. I even once had a jacket made. I'm going to the police station and turn myself in now. |

I think that making a shirt with an image that is not of your own imagination is fine when it comes to making a shirt to support the tragedy of New York & D.C.
