the ultimate 2257 records keeping solution?
After the past 48 hours of hell, losing a particularly important 2257 doc to theft... I'm pondering ways I could permanently eliminate such a problem in the future.
Adobe Acrobat has a feature to create PDF docs by inputting via scanner. Sounds like uploading the signed 2257 PDF and model ID photos to my server is a damn good thing to do prior to every shoot. Does anyone already do this? |
Very smart Idea I would also burn it to disk and keep multiple copies in different places...

Don't the 2257 docs need to be in "hard copy"?

cloud9 content does this...
its cool and all.. but its a fucking bitch for us since we have solutions in place now that ties an id and release to a model, and ties sets to producers, we can input multiple id's and releases.. We can search by provider, by set id, by model, alias, niche, and keyword... So we have to go thru and capture and make images for each and every part of the pdf to input into our system... |
