PayPal question

I rarely recieve CC payments to my paypal account. Its always regular funds. This being the case i dont have the business/premium account because i dont need it.

Lets say i upgrade now.
Will i recieve the 3% fee on all the payments i get or only on the CC ones?

I also have a business account, and I can confirm that fees apply to all incoming payments. The fees vary based on how much money you pull through your account per month though.

Sure, give me your paypal and I'll send you a mighty dollah. Whether the sender has a business account or not doesn't matter for fees, I am fairly sure.
