I'm thinking of getting a real estate license and taking classes. I'm a newbee, anyone here can give me any tips or suggestions, any help much appreciated.

also... what are some of the best states where theres lots of $$ to be made in Real Estate? I'm in New England area and this is not the best place for buying, reconstructing and selling a house
