Marines getting arrested for shooting the enemy is bullshit. I don't agree with the war but these guys are doing their fucking job. Shoot the camera crews so our guys don't continue to get killed or arrested over bullshit.

apples and oranges man, u cant compare people who are LOCKED up in jail being humiliated to someone who is on the battle field being shot at, shooting someone who may or may not have had a weapon.

i think you've been sniffing too much glue, the government does not control media, if anything media keep government in check. Shooting half dead Mofo's that are unarmed and laying on the ground is just lame no matter what your stress level is.


UCMJ (unifrm code of military justice) is clear on that one and the possible political fall out from such lame actions can lose wars.

Keep in mind that if we do this in large numbers without procecuting the individuals it will then become a war crime and upper commanders will then face charges.
