How do I find an accountant to do my taxes?
 

Who do you guys go to?

My old accountant sucked and I ended up getting audited by the IRS, so I want to go to someone good.
Im thinking of just going to H&R Block because at least then if I get audited they take responsibility for it.

I've never been a great fan of h and r block....

Don't you know anyone in your area who has a good accountant or tax preparer, so you can get a recommend?

And, yeah, I would suggest telling them what you do for a living....

I have one wich is specialised in adult, 80% of his biz is working in adult wich I think is a good thing as he knows what he is doing.
My first accountant sucked monkeyballs as he had no clue about what he was doing.

I should tell them what you do upfront, check out their reaction and you will know if you can go with the guy or not.
