looks like the top25 IQ states with a range of 104-100 have 13 states voting for Bush and 12 Voting for kerry.

The average IQ resulting from any IQ test, by definition, is 100. So if the average IQ in a state is fairly close to 100, that isn't exactly shocking.

Oh, and most online tests are bullshit and give ridiculously inflated scores. (since you consider those scores low, I'm assuming you've already done one or more IQ tests yourself and got a fairly high score, and... well, no need to state the obvious)
