its a reply about filling out payment details on wire-transfer on one of my accounts. I know my english is not perfect, but this ... :eek7

they want you to enter your bank details to get payed and enter the bills details for they know why and for how much.
Surely there is a form that goes with that no?

In bank info details there are several fields to fill out like beneficiary, account number, bank name and so on. I filled out all of this correctly. Then there is this field called "payment details".
I did not get the payment and asked why, then I got that reply that make no sense to me.
I never had that "problem" before, and I feel I'm communicating with a stupid online translator :1orglaugh
