outlook express 6 question
 

I want to have outlook set so that whenever I click on reply it uses my template with my background and font settings. Without having to manually adjust the mail.

Can this be done in outlook express?

Tools-->Options-->Compose

Select your stationary for mail - that will be the default.

If you set a default, you can always click the tiny arrow next to "Create Mail" and choose a different one, or select No Stationary".
