IBILL not processing Visa?
 

Got this from the newsfeed company I use:

"Our third-party billing service, iBill, is temporarily rejecting Visa as they resolve a dispute
with their bank affiliation.
As a result, we are unable to continue your membership under your current billing plan with
them. "

Sounds a bit like Web800/DMR all those years ago. :321GFY
