How exactly do you claim ccbill affiliate payments on your taxes?

Maybe I'm missing something, why would you need to claim them? You declare the cheques/wires you get from ccbill as income. ccbill handles all of the tax requirements of paying affiliates.

the affiliate programs i promote use ccbill... and i get checks from ccbill...

but ccbill reports no income paid out to me... to the IRS
