Show who posted your number without your permission and you have a case against someone else. However, your doing exactly that doesn't make you right.

How about a 2 prong test for our time. You must have a considerable ammount of posts. If you are asking for a banning, you would need 10,000 posts. If you are asking for paid posting spots, 1,000 might do. If you are asking for a trade to your new TGP, 100 might be OK.

But no matter what you are asking for, your WWW link should be available and point to something you make money with.
