it's very possible that his page was linked by a page with a higher pr and his rank just stuck for that particular term. He may have paid for a link from another age also just to get his page crawled and it got listed that way.

I dont think there's a whole lot of web sites competing for the term revenge tools...

Well, look at the web sites below him. How many of them have "revenge tool" in title, header tags etc. ? None.

It's really easy to be #1 for keywords like this. There is no competition.

Maybe people will start figuring out that PR doesnt mean shit when it comes to ranking - and the toolbar PR hasnt been the real PR for 6 months - stop worrying about PR and for terms like that - get a site up and get 2 links - you'll be golden

PR isn't everything. Not even close. Google toolbar has most of the world believing differently, but in the end, it's position...not how green your PR bar is. :2 cents:
