Towel Head?
 

Why would you even wrap a towel on your head? i can see if you get out of the shower is one thing but to leave it on all day makes no sence!

They don't ever wash their hair. The towel helps mask the stench. This may seem like it was meant to be funny, but I've been next to plenty of them in the grocery store and had to leave the aisle because of the stink.
