seriously. I've never met anyone that had one, and I've always wondered if they bite and if they can get aggresive

This breed is supposed to be one of the best for handling, etc. More than biting they tend to "flick" hairs at you like little darts that irritate your skin like poison ivy. They rarely "bite". This one's pretty docile.

I had one that would kick their back legs and flick the hairs off their bulbs..It is supposed to be able to blind you if they get in your eyes

You should read some of the tarantula boards I've been reading. They talk about finding common house spiders and picking them up and playing with them. :helpme
