Company Logo... Thoughts please

This is a logo made for my security company, we deal with networking and security products, mostly CCTV cameras. what do you guys think of this logo. Please tell me good and bad so we can get it fixed.

Its a CCTV camera, and who is luka, that was done by a friend but we need a good company logo.
