New IKOBO policies.
I searched GFY, couldnt find this posted, so if its old dont kill me. Just a nice update to their system coming on monday.

Receive payments through one simple process
Beginning November 15, 2004, all money received by a merchant wil be considered a sale. The sender/buyer will not pay a fee unless you choose to transfer fees to the buyer. You will be charged iKobo's low merchant rate of 2.99% plus 29 cents for all transactions.
This will allow merchants to easily receive payments through our personal money transfer platform. For example, your buyers can now go to iKobo.com and send you money. They will not be required to go through our initial verification process by calling their bank. They will not be required to pay any fee to send you money, unless you indicate in your account that you wish to pass 10-100% of the fee to them. In your iBalance and websales activity report, the transaction will appear immediately as a websale.
Seems like a step in the right direction.
