This following has just been posted to the CCBill Affiliate Admin:



As an update to the previous alerts, the required maintenance on the Client
Affiliate Clicks and Sales Reporting has been completed, and are now
available for view.

Through the next upcoming days, we will continue to monitor this system and
this data. If you detect any further discrepancies regarding your Client
Affiliate Stats, please do not hesitate to contact our Client Support
Department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at [email protected] or
800.510.2859 with full details. We will work hard to respond and resolve
all inquiries as quickly as possible.

Please note the issues that affected the reporting of clicks and sales data
over the past days did not at any time affect the recording of transactions.

Once again, many thanks for your ongoing patience in relationship to this
matter.

Interesting..

I find it a bit concerning that you say at no point was transactions not recorded yet at some points ref codes were not being passed along in the forms..

I cant see how you could have been recording it if the form wasn't passing along the data.

I think what you mean to say is program owners signups were always recorded but affiliate signups were disrupted.
