Ha ha, a video game. That made me smile. It doesn't take much, I guess.

This brings a thought - everyone's saying the attack looks like it was from a movie, and it really does. But one of the video shots really stands out - it's one of them from the ground (not moving in a vehicle), looking up at the attack, in which both towers are in clear view (not obstructing one another), and when the plane hits, the oohs and aahs and the moans and whatever else the crowd is making with their mouths REALLY indicate this is no fucking movie... that could never be replicated in a movie, ever. It's funny how this particular video stands out for this reason. Any notice this as well?

It's all very surreal Juge. It's one thing to watch it on TV, I witnessed when tower 2 fell down and I saw one fellow fall all the way down from like the 80th floor or so. That alone shocked the hell out of me, as one of my greatest fears is to fall from a great height like that. I can only begin to imagine how this must have shocked and stunned those people that were actually close enough to witness all this first-hand, that's how unbelievable it is.

I think of how this would seem if it were to happen in my own city, with big planes actually crashing into our tallest buildings on a warm sunny morning. So very very weird, unbelievable, and as I said, surreal. It will take a good long time to process this and properly deal with it mentally, at least for me. Talking with you all is helping very much I must add.

Actually, CDSmith, there's something else that kind of hit me when I was watching that video I spoke of in my previous post... I think it's that everyone was sitting there chatting, looking at the damage of the first plane. (ok, I'm explaining what my feeble brain thinks is going on at the moment) People are probably being informed for the first time that it was a plane, and not a bomb, and etc. And then, all of a sudden another plane comes into view. A few people make sounds like they know the course of the plane will take it into the second building. It's like the first hint that 'holy fuck, it's a terrorist attack', and not some fucked up accident. And then when it hits, the majority of the crowd, who were most in disbelieve, all of a sudden become believers, and they react. It just sends a very weird feeling through you... I can't possibly imagine what I would be thinking, putting myself in their shoes, to know that right now we are under attack from terrorists, and no one is safe, with no knowledge as to how long the attack will last...
