browser/program needed
 

i am trying to do business in a country that blocks certain sites/IP's. i'm wondering if there is some type of browser or program that can be made that once the end user installs it, it would actually hide what IP address they were going to. maybe scan for open proxies and then connect through them? i don't really know . any suggestions? anyone that can make such a program?
