CCBill stat fuck ups?
 

So it's pretty obvious that CCBill has discrepancies in their reporting and payments. Is this something that is being done intentionally. Can it be that CCBill is shaving? Most likely not, but isn't this type of activity with all these discrepancies against the law? Isn't there certain regulations these types of institutions have to pass so that their clients aren't cheated out of money?

They are having some troubles with counting the clicks since yesterday. The "Today" the interface is down. They say transaction are still tracked.

We continue to work on resolving the Click stats reporting issues, and believe that we will have Click stats available to our Client Affiliates within the next few hours. Please note: Transaction data is currently being both recorded and reported on this system, however, clicks data is only being recorded at this time.
