CCBill Update?

Not hating here; I happened to have a record day with CCBill 4 days ago, and have learned to ignore the daily ups and downs. I'm just not clear on what's happening. The affiliate news area is a little vague. I could field this directly to affililate support, but I have a feeling a few webmasters would like an update.

So - clicks ARE NOT being reported, but sales ARE being reported?

0 sales yesterday (first time ever) and clicks have stopped counting for close to 24 hours.

About 2pm mountain time friday 12th, a lump of sales showed up - was this sales for yesterday AND today, or just today?

No sales have shown up since then. Has there likely been no new sales, or will there be another 'lump' of sales showing up at some point?

CCBill rock. However, if there is problems right now, it IS possible as a webmaster to perhaps temporarily steer traffic in another direction.

I talked with support about 1/2 hour ago. They admit there are "issues" with the stats..but nothing can be done about them till at least 8 am Arizona time later today.

Hopefully they'll be able to find all the signups that slipped through the cracks as it appears there are many!

So errors are with sales AND clicks then?

As much as I wanna know what's going on, I'd really hate to think that my only sales in the past 50 hours have been the couple that showed up yesterday at 2:00.

:(

I am indeed aware of the CCBill support team, thank you.

However, as I indicated in my first post, there are likely many webmasters who have simillar questions.

...and yes I realize it's friday night :)
