finally got rid of the damn SPYWARE!! Fuck yeah...
 

Fucking peice of shit spyware. Those spyware programmers need a swift kick in the balls, and some time behind bars. Really god damn ridiculous.

After about 20 reboots into Safemode, I finally kicked a program called SurfSideKick 2 to the curb... it was the last mother fucking peice of shit on this machine and I had a hell of a time getting it off. It turns out that was the source of everything, and it was spawning new spyware installs left and right that I couldn't stop.

But now it's gone. Thank fucking god.

goodjob, we are getting tired of it all at work also. Damn customers computers always getting infected and call use since we are their ISP and it doesn't work correctly with all the fucking spyware.

I had to reformat my hard drive.. now my computer runs too smooth.

Mine actually feels eerily smooth as well... kind of shocking how much better it runs now. :)

I had a case like that a couple weeks ago. My laptop went to shit. Had to re-set it completely. what a pain in the ass!

a combination of SpywareBlaster, Ad-Aware and Spybot-Seach and Destroy works well for me :thumbsup

the shitty thing now is some of these spyware programs just keep adding itself back into your registry.

I got mine from clicking on that dumbass simplybabes website some fucknut posted on here and i was on IE and not mozilla. I had all those programs you mentioned and more and it still couldnt get rid of it. I was happy to format...it was a nasty little virus/trojan/spyware

Yep...I used this No Spy X and it removed it.I tried all the others and they won't remove it permanantly.
Also I did this
Turn off your system restore.
You have to disable the active desktop, but it has to be done via the registry. That's the spyware porngraph uses.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer
Add a DWORD value called NoActiveDesktop and set the data to 1.
Restart, you're set.
