setting up your own socks proxy?? help
 

is it possible to have like a shell account or soemthing and have a multiple socks proxies you can connect to so they are a good stable gateway to other sites and also would need a place where you can keep getting new ip's IF needed. is there any service or place like this? how would i do something like this? does anyone understand what i want?

i think i can do it on a shell right? but what about having multiple to login to with multiple ips thats what i really need.
