I left a detailed message on Detective Roberts voice mail explaining that the CD we sent with FedEx was intended for Thomas and that he didn?t end up making a purchase.

I am not a scammer I just happened to get involved with some bad people, I go to college, I live with my mom and right now looking for a job, I hate the porn business so I was trying to do some other stuff.

Shemp, I do not even know this person. This all started yesterday out of the blue by this person coming onto this board and making a fake nick and posting this slandering stuff. All i do in this biz is submit galleries and go to school and mind my own biz. I do not understand why this person is doing this. The person is not at his house. We have a hunch who it is and we're looking into it. There were no detectives sent, no subpoena and no direct contact made outside of this board.. This BS has been happening since yesterday and we'll be closing the book on this very soon.

Yep, I've been thinking the same thing, if Davie wants some credibility back the best way is to reveal all he knows about jewcash to those that he has scammed. I believe him when he says he didn't realize he was a pawn in the scams, but the very least he can do now is give up any info he has to the authorities. If jewcash is indeed james zee then this whole thing is much much bigger than Davie realizes.

He took this as a comission job. He doesn't have any pay stubs, and he was never sent hard copy checks. He has no address information on Jew Cash other than his phone number, ICQ info and email info. Davie was NOT an employee, but he was a comissioned sole proprietor who was paid via online checking services. Davie has NEVER been to his house, nor has Davie ever been to Florida. Jew Cash has no employment info on Dave....Bottom line.

To say that Davie was involved is completely false. Davie didn't even receive enough money in his earnings to even warrent a 1099.

Good deal. The kicker as to why this shouldn't hurt Davie.... He had NO idea that this person was a felon. He had no direct contact face to face contact with him, and no info about a supposed scam.

This has happened in various situations. Remember Mega Porn Bucks? I don't see Whitney in Jail for working together with a supposed felon. She's since moved on to another program and she continues to thrive in this biz....Much like Davie will.

I hear ya Sherm, sounds like Davie was given only min info. I'm curious though what kind of commission he was paid? Since jewcash's main form of income seems scamming others with fake promises of lists, was Davie paid a commission on those he referred to jewcash that resulted in sale? Also, however he was paid, there should be some kind of way to retrace info on the sender.

Davie only made 1 sale and it was for banner ad's on JewCash's message board...Not mailing lists. I know this for a fact. The way he was paid was via Epassporte. If authorities need that info, it's more than there for them to grab without Davie's intervention.
