you need cat 5 wiring or higher to get those speeds. There is a ton of older homes and apartments that still have cat 3 wiring. All new homes should have cat5 wiring if not its not hard to do.

Still an awesome deal im payin $20 for broadband then goes to 44$ but no where near those speeds for $49 damn!:thumbsup

I'm with Bulldog (London only) for 4mbps/400kbps for £20/30pm.
The fastest I ever had out of it was 7mbps.
