The treads shock me on this board. And where are the regular GFYers? I know you guys to be above this, but have been silent.

Americans are better than this. We will overcome this racism, and will target the specific fuckers responsible for this and make an example of them to the world.

We are not like the other Countries out there. We do not promote hate, or disrespect differences in people or culture.. We do not force our values on other Countries and terrorize them to obey. We are above all of this, and we will defend our values when attacked by terrorists.

We will hunt down the responsible party and make them pay.
Not only have these terrorists killed our people in these horrible events, they are killing and attacking and weakening our principles and values to respect diversity, as has been shown all over this message board with its racist statements.

Show the world that we are better than this. We are not like the other thug countries of this world. We are America. And we will not tolerate this terror, and will not let this skew our principles and way of life that respects all in our Country.

These attacks have not only killed thousands in NewYork, DC, and Penn, but have killed the sprits and values and respect of diversity our Country is known for.

We must focus on the group responsible not and entire race or religion of people.

Raise above this.. We are not like the terrorists. We are American, and we will defend the principles so many have died for.

Surely you understand the deep anger caused by this attack. This anger has to go somewhere and, frankly, we are not 100% sure who to direct it toward. Such racism, as you call it, is not totally without merit.

While it disgusts me to see those bastards cheering and giving out candy while our people lay dead... I have not condemned the entire arab race.

What I can say is that I am fully behind the US in this and do not give a rat's ass if we have to "plow through" those that would conceal the jackals that have brought on this terror.

We Americans cannot be left with our guard down again and let our openess be the door in which terror enters at will.

I never wished to feel towards a people like I do towards the ones responsible. I did not make them attack us. I have always given anyone, no matter what race, an equal shot.

There are some people who just should not be allowed in this country, allowed on this planet. Those people... anyone who creates terror, or shelters those bastards.

I personally has been quiet because there's nothing much to say. And a lot of bullshit being spoken.

It woulda been nice if maybe we (as in globally) could have seen past the end of our noses and maybe even wondered why this happened. Some have, of course, but the vast majority of people seems to be in shock still.

I agree we must rise above this. Maybe even look inwards and recognise that we are part of what caused it. Everyone loses in a war.

Boneprone you just won yourself a great deal of respect in my eyes. The majority of the world are being very good friends to the US today lets not give them reasons to change their opinions.

I just watched the band at the changing of the gaurd at Buckingham Palace play *OUR* national anthem in support of us. Very touching.

For the most part everyone here on GFY are good people.. You have to understand there are a lot of people that are really pissed about this, and are running on short fuses.. It is totally understandable with all the shit that happened. This has affected us all.

And 12 clicks is a good smart guy, those of you who think hes some racist asshole are partly right, hes an asshole but not racist..

he's really opinionated and generally speaks what many of us deep down inside actually think but wouldnt dare speak out loud. He's a straight talker and no bullshit guy that will defend his view like a pitbull. With all the circumsances of the shit going on its not suprising to hear views that may offend us, but we must all understand the frustration.

An asshole yes. A bad person and a racist no.. But those of us that know Ron all know that the asshole title is nothing new for him.. In fact Id be concerned if he were thought of other wise.


Understand that many people here at GFY are really fumed about this matter, and try not to take all of this personally.. Rise above this.

You have to make allowances for the shock and frustration we all feel at this time, but some people need to take a step back and think a little more before posting what amounts to blind, unthinking hate. Those same emotions caused what happened this week in the first place, and we're better than that.

Most American't can't see past the disaster and the mourning... This is about hate, fear, and freedom! The terrorists were successful in this! They weren't just mean evil people looking to kill Americans!!! Would they give up their lives without a cause!? Don't be a dumbass! They knew this would make us proud, angry, fearfull, untrusting, etc...

They planted a seed of fear and hate and we are nurturing it. Why do you think that Bush was so calm on TV!?? Because he was INSTRUCTED TO BE CALM! Why is that?! BECAUSE the people in power KNOW that if Bush is seen angry -- that is DANGEROUS! Anger would be proof of success for the terrorists. The world is watching. Anger would only encourage more terrorism -- Anger makes us a target for more Anger -- Anger shows weakness -- you can't be the victim and still be Angry...
