What's up with Topbucks? None of their sites are loading.

Problem at the hosting facility; they're on it, and should have it resolved very soon. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

I'd be charging them back for loss sales.

Yeah... but it's kinda one of those "nature of the business" things, know what I mean? There is no such thing as 100% up time, in my experience.

Our host has been solid for us over the years, and we've enjoyed a very strong relationship with them. Of course I'm not happy about being down right now. The positives have outweighed the negatives where the history of our hosting is concerned, no question. Sometimes things blow up, though, and you just have to ride it out.

Bear with us; this is being dealt with as quickly as is possible.
