Outrageous TV Commercials

This site has a bunch of goofy old commercials. It's amazing what has been thrust upon the public over the years.

I especially got a kick out of the "Stop Cable TV" ad. It is a trailer that was run in movie theaters in the 70's. The theaters were afraid of losing customers but they presented the ads as if cable was a ploy to eliminate free TV.:1orglaugh

Oh and be sure to check out Bert Lahr (Cowardly Lion, Wizard of Oz) as Satan for Lays Potato Chips.:thumbsup

pretty cool stuff, it brings a bit of nostalgia to me.
