Jobs south of the border
 

What are the prospects for software engineering/linux system admin type jobs down south? Only places I've heard of are Costa Rica and Panama and some Caribbean islands, for adult and gaming type sites. Is the community large enough to support expat workers?

And how many $$$ for server bandwidth, for say the typical gallery based freesite, 40G bandwidth per month?
