Do you have problems using epassporte on sites?

I use it only at dotster.com and never had a problem

I use my epassporte both online and offline for a lot of stuff, never had a problem.

Works fine for just about everything...

Can't use it for:

Western Union
Paypal
um, one other instant cash transfer place, I forget the name.

I also was unable to pay my cable bill with it; It's a small company and I don't think they have actual online processing.
