Before my 2002 HP laptop use to get hot around the left side but now I can tell it's running a little more smooth and also stays cooler around the side where it use to get real hot. Great product. :glugglug

Jacked- it doesnt mount to the laptop but it has little rubber knobs that let you sit the laptop on it so it stays. It also can tilt at an angle so the laptop is placed better. It does stay firm on the pad.

I have a fan and its great. It extends the life of the lap top

i bought one about 3 months ago and it works nice ...the bottom of my laptop would get so fucking hot that i couldn't sit it on my lap .... now it's cool.
