I need an alternative to ADS (adult dialer solution) - maybe SMS billing etc?
 

Ok, I will need a sponsor to send our entire traffic, apart from US/Canada!

I need a sponsor with geo-ip filter for text links, like ADS has.

Meaning: I send you traffic, you filter the international surfers and take them to SMS billing sponsor or a nice dialer, and send back my US/Canada surfers to a link I specify.
