recommend a good/cheap dv cam for capturing
 

can anyone recommend a good/cheap mini dv cam for capturing only? (so i don't wear down the heads on my good cams)


i've noticed that some cams have a better/faster response time to on-screen editing controls...


and, of course, it would be nice also if the cam shot a decent video so i could take it out drinking! and if i fuck it up, FUCK IT!... it was only a few hundred

Panasonic now had a 3 CCD for under 650. Best Buy and CompUSA both have it.
