How do you know that a online site will pay out if you win and how do you know that you even have a chance at the jackpot?

Casinos in the real world are somewhat regulated (I think) but online gambling is a free-for-all so couldn't they program it so that you never win anything substantial.

its all completely illegal, they steal your money, which is why there's not 39048 online gambling sites out there, they're all a scam and there's no ruling behnid them

I know being involved with running an online Casino, especially for Americans, can be very risky.

I've spent a lot of time in Costa Rica, a very friendly online gaming country, and have heard all sorts of horror stories.

If you only knew the 3 software companies that rule the industry and their reputations. They make the worst porn companies (pib and so forth) look like angels. There are reasons they pick Antigua for a reason besides regulations.

You're fairly safe these days if you go with a big name site. I wouldn't even fuck with that online casino shit, but the online sportsbooks I've bet on football games for a few years and never had any trouble. Too bad I can't use my PayPal on that shit anymore though.
