Anyone else get their hotmail bumped to 250MB?
 

I just logged in and have 250MB of storage now.

This happen to anyone else?

Depends on when you first opened the account. All accounts should be bumped up by the end of the month.

A couple of mine are already at 250 MB :thumbsup

Then again, there's alwasy gmail @ 1 GB!

yeah now that I use gmail I'm kind of over hotmail... still cool to get that thing bumped up. I was always having to delete emails.

I've been on gmail for months now and I love it. Screw the rest.

yeah netscape raised theirs from 5mb to 300mb recently as well.

i have never used free emails

somuch easier just to have your own domain and set whatever amount of storage you want..

One of the billion hotmail addresses I own got bumped.

With bandwith as cheap as it is these days how come webmasters get so wild over free email?

Because sending an email to everyone that has your email address to let them know of your new one takes too much time and is a pain in the ass.

ive been waiting a few months to get bumped up and it finally happened this afternoon :)

who the fuck uses hotmail? i can afford real e-mail addys...

I use hotmail because I also use MSN. Makes it easy to start the day by logging in to MSN and ICQ, than checking my mail.

I lived to see my hotmail account have space increased...

I like the pop up notification hotmail has with the MSN messenger. that is the main reason I use it. I have my pop mail fowarded to there so I can reply to emails fast.

I see gmail has this alos now - but I do not like how they lump all like emails together -- sometimes its cool, other times I so not like it.

trillian has this for pop accounts...it gives the subject and who it is from in a pop up in the right hand corner of your screen
