Just back from the Lisbon WTM/ AOE -
Again there were on hell of a lot of mobile guys BUT this time round they really did have some interesting concepts and solutions in the main for the UK market.
Not as many AWM's as I would have liked to have seen though there was a nice number of 'Large Programme' owners about and thats great for networking.
The highlight for me was meeting these people or the first time;
'Rabbit Reviews'-'Interclimax'- 'Video Secrets'
It was also great to catch up with Wasteland, Sex Money, FUBAR, Payserve, Hank from Mr Skin to name a few. (Hank you are a legend)
CCBill deserve a big thumbs up for their much needed chill out area -
John Green I understand was taken ill during the show, I have no idea how he is though I wish him a speedy recovery.
This has been by far the most productive show for me and they really did pick a top location -
For those of you who like the parties there were none which in fact turned out to be a blessing, instead the hotel confirmed that the attendees managed to break a 5 year or so bar record by a long way! (Hank prob did this single handedly ;-) )
It leaves me to say roll on Prague and once again a big thanks to WTM :-)
