OK we have all been burned by Ibill, well now they are doing it AGAIN !! upto nove 3rd they were processing ribills and not giving out money. well now they say that they will pay on all charges nove 1st -15th well NOW all of a sudden they STOP processing all rebills. 3 days of calling and no one can give me a reason !!! Oh BTW did you know they now dont have people in custoimer support outside office hours and usually just 1 person manning the phones for clients during hours.

counting the days.

I loved the phone call they had on the 3rd how they begged for everyone to trust them.. Oh BTW i am still on hold right now, been on hold with them for over an hour. they cant even afford to have hold music anymore just silence. eventually someone will pick up.. hello... hello. ( Imagining an empty office with rows of empty desks with a single ringing phone ).... somebody... hellooo

i just called, got the receptionist on 1st ring, asked for my acct rep, and she transferrred me...

bah, i never call the toll free number. i dunno if it rings the same place or not. i call the other number.

and if ur acct rep isnt answering, ask for someone else.

ibill definitely pisses me off, but id find someone else to talk to and bug the shit out of them before id sit on hold for an hour

wow I just called the main # and asked to speak to adam and amazingly I GOT THOUGH.

He told me that they have so many rebills to process that they are backed up by about a week, they are batch processing them and eventually they will get to me in the list.

so all i have to do is wait.

there ya go. both ends of the story.
