[ACACIA] Microsoft indemnifies it's customers against IP claims?
 

I'm not sure if this would cover ACACIA's claims or not, but read the article and pass it on to your attorney:

If it does, you would probabably have to be using some Microsoft streaming or encoding product or something.

I wonder if just WMV would be covered somehow?
