How do you define happiness? Lots of money? Being with someone you love? Being the best at what you do? Hanging out with people who like you for you? What is it for you?

For me it's hanging out with people who like you for you, and not for money or whatever. :2 cents:

For me it's everyone around me being content and at the same time in a nice, tidy peaceful environment :)When you have that, nothing else really matters.

it depends on personality.

When I was young I thought happiness meant being all smiles and content 90% of the time. My dad told me that if you are happy 51% of the time, miserable for 49% of the time, then you are indeed happy. It just put things in perspective for me. It meant that when I was miserable or down in the dumps I didn't let it get me down, I knew that overall things were just fine.

My definition has changed over the past 5 years.

4 years ago I was making bank, driving a Viper, living in a nice house, partying non stop. I thought that was what you called happiness.

Now, the money requirement is still the same, but wasting money on stupid shit has gone done drastically. I've been more happy during the short periods of not making money, than times I have.

I've found the less I have to show off to other people with clothes, cars, sunglasses, whatever, the more money I have in the bank.

Funny how that is, isn't it?
