I was contracted to do the design of desertvideo.com and he offered 350. I said I would do it for 250 to get his business and he agreed. I spent a lot of time on the design and then I contacted him to show him it was done and he didnt respond. Now I look on the site and he has a new site up that is not my design. So I did a whole site design for nothing. DIRTY DS YOU OWE ME $250 STOP IGNORING ME!

agreed, I never used this policy until I got scammed and thrown around like a year ago by a few clients. Now every "new" client pays half upfront no matter what their name is.

You seem to get this a lot. It's not too late to change your nick, I think it will do you more harm in the long run, in a couple years you will be stuck with it and you will wish you had changed it when you had a chance. :2 cents:

I have contacted pipecrew everything is cool on that... yeah he gave me 4 grand and yeah he will get what he has.. nto worried about that.. now on to monster cock... do you want me to post the ICQ log of how you said one day the site would be done.. it was not.. then the next day it would be done.. it was not.. then your excuse was saying someone was using your ICQ? ask anyone who has done work for me before I pay...
