Stress related spending... Anyone else suffer from it?
Like when you are stressed out and have nothing else to do you start buying stupid useless expensive shit to make yourself feel a little better.
Anyone else do this? And if so, how do you break the cycle? I broke the habbit for months, but I think I am starting to slip... :( |

I think i have this stress related spending thing you speak of.
ITs evolved more to the post spending depression stage at the moment. I kinda feel like shit today. From the spending to the gambling when I stop to take a breath (which seems to be today) I really feel like shit. Its like reality hits and has sunk in.. That is until the wires come next week and then the cycle resets and I start all over again.. |
Hope to hook up with you two in Vegas.

I only get stressed out when I am broke, and in turn that makes me want to spend more money! :helpme
All kidding aside, I really do think this is a syndrome and am sure they have a name for it. |

Tanker and I both suffer from this I am afraid....
Like the other day I went and spent $300 on body moisturizer and face wash. I felt better after though... I think it has do with the fact that when you go to a store, make the decision to buy something and then complete the purchase you feel like you at least accomplished one thing on your list of many for that day.... And even though the shopping was an after the stress thought... you think you are even more wonderful for managing to squeeze in the time to do it LOL Solution: no idea |
